SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis of Central Asian epidemic cluster of Beijing genotype, according to the invention, the presence of a specific insert of the IS6110 element in the locus of the Rv1359–Rv1360 genome is detected using the PCR with three primers (5'-CGTACTCGACCTGAAAGACG, 5'-GGATGGTCCTTGCTGGGTG, 5'-GTATGAGCACAAGACACCGC), subsequent evaluation of results by electrophoresis of PCR products in a horizontal agarose gel and comparison with a molecular weight marker and when DNA fragment length 559 bp is amplified, Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolate belongs to Central Asian epidemic cluster of Beijing genotype.

EFFECT: invention enables rapid and reliable detection of Mycobacteria tuberculosis of the Central Asian epidemic cluster of Beijing genotype.
