SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molecular biology. Described is a method for detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis genotype Beijing 14717-15-cluster by polymerase chain reaction in real time, characterized by that presence of single-nucleotide substitution A>G in gene Rv2161c in genomic position 2423040 is detected by PCR in real time using primers and probes.
EFFECT: usability of the method, easy and unambiguous result interpretation, possibility to detect possible contamination or mixed infection.
