SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a disposable diaper used in incontinence. Diaper comprises main part comprising front area, rear area with rear lateral longitudinal edges and located between them perineum region, and rear side sections attached on rear sides both sides. No lateral portion is attached to front region, wherein rear side portions for applying and clasping the disposable diaper used in incontinence are brought into a closed position with an outer side of the anterior region, to which they in each case can then be attached by means of a corresponding fastening means with possibility of disconnection. Rear side sections have elastic or elasticized area, length of rear lateral sections in transverse direction has near half, adjacent to rear longitudinal edge, and far half with free end. Corresponding elastic region of the rear lateral portions is completely located within the proximal half and reaches the rear longitudinal edge located therein or has a gap from the rear longitudinal edge in the transverse direction of not more than 30 mm, and corresponding back lateral sections along whole distal half are made inextensible, in fact.

EFFECT: present invention is based on the task of improving the incontinence disposable incontinence of the above-mentioned T-shape, in which, when the diaper is put on the user's body, the stretching forces generated, particularly the lifting force at an angle, are less likely to cause damage to the diaper materials.
