SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disposable diaper (2) comprising at least one fastening means (28), wherein in front area (14) there are no side sections (22), and the rear side portions (22) extend beyond the rear lateral longitudinal edge (18) and enveloping the user's body for fastening disposable diaper (2) from the outer side of front area (12), having elastic region (42) extending in transverse direction (10) and in longitudinal direction (8), and subareas (50, 52, 54) of rear side sections (22) are folded by at least two axes (46, 48), wherein subarea (54) is substantially inextensible, and at least 50 % of subarea surface (52) is inextensible, starting from external bending axis (48) passing in the longitudinal direction.
EFFECT: disclosed is a disposable diaper for incontinence.
