SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology and surgery, and can be used in treating locally advanced pelvic tumours. Method involves performing multivisceral resections in a small pelvis for malignant tumours. Organ complex is mobilized starting from the intersection of the common iliac artery and vein. That is ensured by exposing an iliac artery and a vein on the right, both taken on holders, clamped by two Satinsky clamps and completely transected. Further, the organ complex is mobilized into the pelvis and removed. Thereafter, continuity of the common iliac artery and vein is restored by forming an end-to-end interstitial anastomosis.

EFFECT: method enables performing extensive radical surgical interventions in comfortable surgical conditions, with low blood loss, accelerating rehabilitation of patients and reducing the number of postoperative days, providing a better view of the operative field and creating optimal conditions for the surgeon and patient.
