FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical communication. Technical result is achieved due to that in each of N terminals for generating telecommunication signals, PDH time multiplexing equipment is introduced, which provides generation of linear signal E3 with transfer rate of 34.368 Mbit/s, and a multifunctional program-controlled CWDM-system, which provides formation of up to eight CWDM-channels with throughput capacity of 10 Gbit/s each.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of carrying capacity of hardware and software complex of modelling of telecommunication technologies.
