FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for three-stage laser facing and can be used in machine building. Simultaneously with movement of part along axis X at constant speed V = 10–30 mm/s relative to laser performing facing surface of facing surface to temperature of 350–550 °C exposure path of the first laser spot on the X axis with diameter of 10–12 mm with laser radiation power density (0.8÷1.27)×103 W/cm2. Second laser spot on the X axis with diameter of 3–5 mm, located at distance d = 0.5–1.5 mm from the first spot, with laser radiation power density equal to (5÷28)×103 W/cm2 operate surfacing powder material based on iron, or nickel, or cobalt, or mixtures of these materials. Third laser spot on X axis, diameter of 12–14 mm, located at distance d = 0.5–1.5 mm from second laser spot, with laser radiation power density equal to (0.65÷0.8)×103 W/cm2 operate final heat weld portion to temperature of 350–400 °C.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in improvement of the defect-free surfacing and expansion of the range of application for surfacing of materials (high-chromium cast irons, nickel-chromium-boron-silicon, chromium-cobalt alloys).
