FIELD: metal processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laser surfacing of metal parts and can be used for reconditioning worn-out surfaces of parts. Heating zone is created at part surface by continuous laser beam and corrosion-erosion resistant self-fluxing filler powder is supplied to fuse it and mix with fused mother material. Soot is added in weight ratio of 1:50 during preparation of filler powder material.

EFFECT: during surfacing the filler powder is supplied behind moving surfaced surface.
