FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of sorbents used for medical purposes, namely for extracorporeal therapy of the patients with sepsis with the use of biological liquids sorption. Obtained sorbent is characterized by improved properties of covalently immobilized lysozyme with various degrees of chemical modification of anisic aldehyde and depending on this by different degree of bacteriolytic activity and sorption characteristics.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is the creation of a more efficient hemocompatible sorbent with improved properties with the help of additional preliminary chemical modification of lysozyme with anisic aldehyde before immobilization of lysozyme and method for its creation.
