SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Disclosed is a method for sorption removal of whole pathogenic bacterial cells from a biological fluid, involving passing a suspension of bacterial cells through a column with a sorbent with an aminated macroporous polysaccharide matrix with autoclaved, covalently immobilized lysozyme. Autoclaving of the immobilized lysozyme in the sorbent composition is carried out at temperature of 121 °C for 30 minutes.
EFFECT: method provides sorption removal of whole pathogenic bacterial cells without their destruction.
