FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Method of forming a medical image of an object in a cone-beam computer tomographic imaging device involves obtaining projective images of an object using a detector displaced from the centre of rotation such that the detector, during movement, covers at least half the width of the imaged object, correcting volume calculation, image reconstruction by iteration method from set of suspended projection data of conical beam obtained during complete rotation of X-ray source and detector around rotation axis. Projection images are used to define the projection of the axis of rotation of the source-detector system, taking into account data on the projection of the rotation axis, projection data are weighed at least once at the stage of preparing projection photographs and a correcting volume is calculated.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of reconstructed image of visualized object.
