SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an electrophotographic image forming device (imaging device) and a cartridge which is detachably mounted into main assembly of image forming device. Disclosed group of inventions includes embodiments of process cartridges and electrophotographic image forming devices. Process cartridge comprises a housing, a photosensitive drum rotatably supported in the housing, a developing roller for developing the latent image on the photosensitive drum, wherein development roller is supported with possibility of rotation in housing, and coupling, including: first transmission element of drive, capable of receiving rotary force, a second drive transmission element capable of transmitting rotational force from the first drive transmission member to the developing roller and the lever movable relative to the housing between the first position and the second position in a state when the developer roller contacts the photosensitive drum, wherein the clutch is capable of transmitting rotational force from the first drive transmission member to the second drive transmission member when the lever is in the first position, and the clutch is capable of preventing transmission of the rotating force from the first drive transmission member to the second drive transmission member when the lever is in the second position.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improved coupling for switching drive for developing roller.
