FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for measurement of coordinates of center of gravity of real objects (for example, vehicles, including on caterpillar and multiaxial chassis), which can be inclined to angles from tenths to one radian. For this purpose, an additional platform is used. Disclosed method relates to indirect methods of measuring coordinates of center of gravity, in which vertical coordinate of center of gravity is calculated from mathematical expressions through geometrical dimensions of platform, its weight and reaction of platform supports with object installed on it in two spatial positions.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of labor intensity of measurements.
