FIELD: immunology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of immunology. A method for obtaining an antibody that has a preserved or reduced binding activity to FcγRIIa (Type R) and FcγRIIa (Type Н) and increased binding activity to FcγRIIb is proposed.
EFFECT: present invention can find further application in obtaining antibodies of different specificity with an altered ability to bind both allotypes FcγRIIa and FcγRIIb.
