SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Method for cooking of Ossetian pie with a filling includes preparation of dough and filling with addition of vegetal origin additive. In the filling one introduced as a vegetal component crushed leaves of chickweed (Stellaria media) at the following ratio of initial components, g: fresh Ossetian cheese – 100–150, chickweed leaves – 250–300, green onions – 100–130, green dill – 50–80, sour cream – 40–50, salt – 5–7.

EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range of flour products with increased taste indices and nutritional value combined with a large quantity of proteins, fats, mineral substances and vitamins.
