SUBSTANCE: method for preparing flour products with a filling includes preparing dough, preparing a filling, forming a pie and baking it at the temperature of 200-240°C for 15-20 minutes. The finished product is smeared with melted butter. The product is prepared at the following ratio, mass parts: wheat flour 210, yacon flour 10, water 125, egg 10, pressed yeast 10, Osetian cheese or brynza 150, boiled sweet potatoes 100, boiled potatoes 50, sour cream 20, butter 15, salt.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the biological value of the product, to reduce its caloric content and to impart functional properties to the product.
