SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing 2,8-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl, 4-carboxyphenyl)-2,3,8,9,12c,12d-hexahydro-1H,7H-5,11-dioxa-2,3a,4,6,6b,8,9a,10,12,12b-decaazadicyclopenta[e,l]pyrenes of general formula (1):

, which can be used as candidate compounds for developing drug preparations with antiatherogenic, antimalarial, antimicrobial, anticancer activity, as well as neuroprotective and antiproliferative action.

EFFECT: method of producing 2,8-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl, 4-carboxyphenyl)-2,3,8,9,12c,12d-hexahydro-1H,7H-5,11-dioxa-2,3a,4,6,6b,8,9a,10,12,12b-decaazadicyclopenta[e,l]pyrenes of general formula (1), characterized by that arylamine of formula R-C6H4-NH2, where R is as described above, is reacted with 37 % aqueous solution of formaldehyde and 1,4,5,8-tetraazadifurazano[3,4-c][3,4-h]decalin in medium of CH3OH-DMSO in presence catalyst concentrated HCl in molar ratio arylamine : formaldehyde : 1,4,5,8-tetraazoufourazano[3,4-c][3,4-h]decalin : HCl = 2:4:1:(0_03-0_07) at room temperature (~20 °C) and atmospheric pressure for 2_5–3_5 h.
