FIELD: rocket equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in soldering of liquid-propellant rocket engines (LPE) assembly units. Outer shell of the telescopic structure is made of chromium-nickel alloy having LEC at heating for soldering to preset temperature less than LEC of material of inner shell, and at subsequent heating to soldering temperature exceeding its LEC. Shells are assembled with tightness by cooling of inner shell in liquid nitrogen and subsequent holding of assembly in air, which creates in inner shell a voltage not less than yield point of material, from which it is made, at the temperature corresponding to the transition of the LEC of the material of the outer shell from the smaller value to the greater value relative to the LEC of material of the inner shell. External part can be made of chromium-nickel alloy EK-61, and internal one - from copper MI or copper alloy BrX08. Soldering is performed at temperature of 1,000…1,050 °C in vacuum furnace with vacuum of 10-4 mm Hg.

EFFECT: method simplifies the soldering process.
