FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of parts by soldering from dissimilar metals, in particular, made from steel and copper alloys, including in production of bimetallic structures of combustion chamber of liquid-propellant engine. A coating of galvanic nickel with thickness of 5-7 mcm is applied on the surface of a part of steel, followed by application of a layer of pure copper with thickness of 10-14 mcm at a ratio of nickel to copper of 1:2. A layer of pure copper with thickness of 16-20 mcm is applied on the soldered surface of a part of copper or copper alloy, followed by application of a layer of silver with thickness of 8-10 mcm at a ratio of copper to silver of 2:1. Ratio of total thickness of copper layers to thickness of silver layer is 3:1.
EFFECT: improving reliability of the soldered structure due to optimal selection of thickness of layers of nickel, copper and silver, which provide prevention of brittle structure in steel while maintaining high strength of the soldered joint and prevention of cracks in steel during soldering.
