SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to amorphous alloys based on cobalt and can be used in making components of clocks, in particular when making springs in mechanical clocks. Amorphous alloy CoaNibMoc(C1–xBx)dXe, where X is one or more elements selected from a group consisting of Cu, Si, Fe, P, Y, Er, Cr, Ga, Ta, Nb, V and W; where values from a to e and x satisfy following conditions: 55≤a≤75 at %; 0≤b≤15 at %; 7<c≤17 at %; 15≤d≤23 at %; wherein 0.1≤x≤0.9; 0≤e≤10 at %; wherein each element selected from a group has a content level ≤3 at %, preferably ≤2 at %, the rest is impurities.

EFFECT: alloy is characterized by high strength and plasticity at simultaneous high glass-forming ability.
