SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to Ni-based amorphous alloys. These can be used as a structural material in large-sized equipment, for example, as acid-transfer pump shaft coating. Ni-based amorphous alloy contains the following elements in the following amount, at %: Ni - 63 or more, B - over 12 to at least 20 or 20 to 25, Mo making the rest. If required, said alloy containing one or more elements selected from Cr and Nb, and/or one or more elements selected from W, Ta or Co at the amount of less than 2 at % each.

EFFECT: high mechanical properties, including high resistance to slow destruction.
