FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. What is presented is a method for prevention of recurrent pre-cancer and primary cervical cancer following an organ-preserving treatment by diagnosing and treating human papilloma virus (HPV) in anogenital-oropharyngeal sphere in sexual pairs. If the HPV gene is identified in women in scrapings from the cervix uteri stump and viral load is <3 lg/105, then antiviral therapy is carried out by immunomodulator isoprenosine pranobex 500 mg in dose of 50 mg/kg of body weight in 3-4 doses for 28 days in the form of monotherapy with subsequent evaluation of antiviral effect in 3 and 6 months. If >3 lg/105 <5 lg/105, >5 lg/105, then electro-, laser- or radio-wave destruction of pathological centers with the above antiviral therapy is performed. If the male is infected with HPV, the treatment is carried out depending on the clinical form of the papilloma virus infection and the result of the cytological examination.
EFFECT: invention provides reducing the risk of developing HPV-associated recurrent pre-cancer and primary cervical cancer.
