Microorganisms Lobosphaera (Parietochloris) sp. is arachidonic acid producer and deposited in the Russian collection of microalgae in the establishment of the "Timiryazev Institute of Plant Physiology Russian Academy of Sciences" (IPPAS) under registration number IPPAS C-2047. Strain of microalgae Lobosphaera (Parietochloris) sp. IPPAS C-2047 can be used to produce arachidonic acid.
EFFECT: invention increases output of arachidonic acid.
