FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology.

SUBSTANCE: clouded lens is removed by cataract extraction with implantation of a toric intraocular lens, corneal astigmatism is corrected by implantation of corneal segments and MyoRing ring into the corneal graft. With a symmetrical type of keratotopogram after penetrating and deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty, cataract extraction with implantation of a toric intraocular lens is performed with corneal astigmatism less than 13 diopters. With corneal astigmatism of 13 diopters or more — 6 months before cataract extraction, implantation of corneal segments is performed or 1 year before cataract extraction, implantation of the MyoRing ring into the corneal graft is performed. With an asymmetric type of keratotopogram, cataract extraction with implantation of a toric intraocular lens is performed 1 year after implantation of the MyoRing ring or 6 months after implantation of corneal segments into a corneal graft with a spherical equivalent of refraction up to 7.0 diopters, and with a spherical equivalent of refraction of 7.0 diopters or more — 1 year after implantation of the MyoRing into a corneal graft.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to achieve high functional results, increase the efficiency of rehabilitation of patients after keratoplasty with lens opacity and improve their quality of life.
