FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used to determine the efficiency of functional restoration of the dentoalveolar system (DAS) in children with premature removal of temporary teeth. That is followed by a clinical examination - a questionnaire, a face examination, an objective examination of the oral cavity, and an X-ray examination - OPTG, teleroentgenogram of the patient's head in a lateral projection with decoding in the Dolphin Imaging program. That is followed by a clinical examination and a preliminary diagnosis. Then, to clarify the preliminary diagnosis, prepare a rational plan and prognosis of treatment, OPTG, teleroentgenogram of the head in the lateral projection with decoding in the Dolphin Imaging program is performed, and the diagnosis is specified according to its results. Further, functional diagnostics is performed - lower jaw kinesiology using kinesiograph apparatus, Bioket Company, Italy, equipped with computerized program KEY-WIN, with conducting samples in three planes - sagittal, frontal, horizontal. Results of the integrated diagnosis are followed by the final diagnosis. Based on all obtained data, orthodontic treatment is prescribed and performed, which involves making and installing an apparatus for detachable mechanical action on the upper jaw and, if necessary, a partial removable prosthesis on the lower jaw. Immediately after the apparatus is installed, repeated recording of the lower jaw kinesiology is performed. That is followed by another recording of the lower jaw kinesiology. Obtained data are compared, and if observing positive dynamics, a set of myogymnastic exercises is additionally prescribed - breathing exercises, exercises for tongue and lips, for 1 month to normalize DAS function. That is followed by a control kinesiographic examination. When the dentoalveolar system functioning efficiency is restored to the norm, the myogymnastic exercises are prescribed for 6 months to fix the therapeutic result.
EFFECT: method provides determining the effectiveness of the DAS functional recovery in the children with early removal of temporary teeth ensured by the complex examination of the patient by the methods of radiation and functional diagnostics.
