Produced is a transformant of Pichia pastoris yeast producer, which contains a chromosome-containing gene coding phytase from E.coli, and a NAS1 gene from Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain phytase with high degree of efficiency.
