FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for performing a medical procedure in a fluid medium transfer vessel, and in particular to perfusion balloons, which can be used to control fluid flow during procedure, especially when used in connection with procedure, at which valve is unable to function as a result of this procedure or for any other reason. Device for conducting a medical procedure in a vessel for transmitting a fluid medium comprises an inflatable perfusion balloon, as well as a valve. Inflatable perfusion balloon comprises an inner passageway having fluid inlets in the vessel when the perfusion balloon is inflated. Valve is connected to the cylinder for control of fluid medium flow in the passage. Valve is designed for selective overlapping of inputs in passage in order to control flow of fluid medium passing in this passage. According to the second embodiment of the device for performing the medical procedure in the fluid medium transfer vessel, the valve comprises elongated flaps, each of which is intended for selective overlapping of inlet into passage for control in it by flow of fluid medium, at that each flap contains fixed proximal end. According to the third embodiment of the device for carrying out the medical procedure in the fluid medium transfer vessel, the valve comprises a spiral sheath, made with possibility of compression to limit flow of fluid medium supplied to passage or from passage, as well as expansion for supply of fluid flow into passage or from passage. According to the fourth embodiment of the device for performing the medical procedure in the fluid medium transfer vessel, inflatable perfusion balloon includes cells in one section, as well as cover for at least partial covering of cells; wherein valve is located outside relative to passage and is separated from cover. According to the fifth embodiment of the device for performing the medical procedure in the fluid medium flowing vessel, the valve is located outside relative to the passage; wherein the device comprises a cover for at least partial covering of the valve.
EFFECT: technical effect of the above embodiments may include achieving a valve supply, which is external to the perfusion balloon, which creates a reinforced fluid flow during valve opening, increased flow blocking during valve closing and/or creates a simpler method of manufacturing a balloon (especially when it includes an intractable shell above the balloon).
