FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for performing a medical procedure in a vessel for transmitting a fluid medium, and in particular to perfusion balloons, which can be used to control flow of fluid medium during procedure, especially when used in connection with procedure, at which valve is unable to function as a result of this procedure or for any other reason. Device for carrying out a medical procedure in a vessel for transmitting a fluid medium comprises a rod; an inflatable perfusion balloon supported by a rod and having an inner passage for passage of fluid medium in the vessel when the perfusion balloon is in an inflated condition; as well as a valve connected to the rod to control the fluid flow in the inner passage. According to a second embodiment, a device for conducting a medical procedure in a fluid medium transfer vessel comprises a valve, comprising an elongated tube configured to partially collapse to control the flow of fluid in the passage. According to the third embodiment, the medical procedure device in the fluid medium transfer vessel comprises an influx perfusion balloon, comprising a generally conical portion extending in the direction of the rod; as well as a valve located in the space between the rod and the balloon on the whole conical section to control the flow of fluid medium in the passage. According to the fourth embodiment, the medical procedure device in the fluid flow transmission vessel also comprises a connector for connection to the valve to control its position; wherein the connector comprises a thread extending between the valve and the balloon to prevent inversion of the valve.
EFFECT: technical effect of disclosed embodiments may include achieving a valve supply, which is internal relative to the perfusion balloon, which creates an increased flow of fluid medium during valve opening, increased blocking of flow during valve closing and/or creates a simpler method of manufacturing a cylinder containing a valve.
