FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing graphene. Method involves dispersion of the initial graphite material to produce a graphene-graphite dispersion product in the form of a dispersed mixture containing graphene and graphite elements with subsequent extraction of graphene from the obtained dispersed mixture. Dispersion is carried out in at least three successive stages of dispersion using dispersant devices at each stage, in the form of interconnected cavitator and vortex pipeline, obtaining after each step a dispersed mixture in form of graphene-graphite dispersion. Dispersion process is performed cyclically. After the first step, the obtained graphene-graphite dispersion is degassed. After the last step, separation of graphene-graphite dispersion is performed with separation of graphene. Graphene-water dispersion and graphite-water dispersion are obtained, which is fed into loading tank through return line for repeated cycle of dispersion process with dosed addition of water and graphite material. Graphene-water dispersion is dried to obtain graphene with the required consistence.

EFFECT: technical result is high efficiency of the process of producing graphene, high output of graphene from the starting material, high quality of the obtained graphene, low power consumption and cost of the product.
