SUBSTANCE: piezoelectric electroactive polymer drive device comprises an electroactive polymer drive and a piezoelectric transformer having a primary side and a secondary side, wherein the piezoelectric electroactive polymer drive device comprises a piezoelectric electroactive polymer layer comprising a first portion and a second portion, wherein first part of electroactive polymer layer forms part of secondary side of piezoelectric transformer and second part of electroactive polymer layer forms part of electroactive polymer drive, wherein piezoelectric electroactive polymer drive device further comprises a diode structure, electrically connected between secondary side of piezoelectric transformer and electroactive polymer drive.

EFFECT: invention enables to solve the problem of miniaturization of a structure and use of high voltage therein.
