FIELD: drives.
SUBSTANCE: usage: for the implementation of movement and for the perception of movement. The invention consists in the fact that the drive device contains a drive element containing an electroactive material designed to deform in response to the application of an electrical stimulus, and particles of a solid magnetic material dispersed in the electroactive material and arranged in such a way, that at least a fragment of the drive element exhibits magnetization in a given direction; a means of forming a magnetic field designed to form a magnetic field with a controlled radiation pattern according to the field strength for application within at least a fragment of the drive element; a means of forming an electrical stimulus; and a controller designed to control the means of forming a magnetic field and the means of forming an electrical stimulus in a coordinated manner, thereby implementing one or more deformation patterns in the drive element.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at providing the ability to improve the drive actuation performance and/or providing the ability to improve the perception of feedback regarding the degree of the drive deformation.
