DNA polymerase Bst 2.0 or Bsm and the corresponding isothermal Bst 2.0 or Bsm buffer, as well as MgSO4 or MgCl2, respectively, a mixture of dNTP nucleotides, betaine, deionized water, positive and negative controls, as well as fluorescent dyes EVA green or ethidium bromide.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the rapidity and specificity of the analysis for the detection of tick-borne borreliosis, to increase the reliability of the diagnosis by expanding the list of simultaneously determined infectious agents, as well as the possibility of performing the analysis in the field, incl. on whole ticks.
