SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of applying an adhesive composition with the possibility of changing state under the effect of light radiation on the skin of a user and removing the adhesive composition with possibility of state change under effect of light radiation from skin surface, where the adhesive composition with the possibility of changing state under the effect of light radiation contains at least two different photoinitiators with different absorption spectra, wherein the method includes steps of: providing an adhesive composition with a possibility of changing state, comprising an adhesive polymer selected from acrylate polymers, acrylate copolymers; applying the adhesive composition to the user's skin; effect on the adhesive substance with the possibility of changing the state of the first activator of change of state with a change in the state of the adhesive substance with possibility of changing the state from the application state to the wearing state, effect on the adhesive substance with the possibility of changing the state of the second activator of change of state with a change in the condition of the adhesive substance with possibility of changing the state from the wearing state to the removal state, removing the adhesive composition from the user's skin, the first state change initiator is a photoinitiator which is activated by wavelengths both in the visible spectrum and in the UV portion of the spectrum, and the second state change initiator is a photoinitiator which is activated by radiation only in the UV spectrum.

EFFECT: technical result is a novel method of attaching and removing an adhesive substance, such as a sticky substance of a stoma device, from the skin with application of as little damage as possible to skin and without delamination and/or leaving residue on skin.
