SUBSTANCE: stoma apparatus comprises an adhesive plate for attachment to a user's skin surface and a collecting bag connected to the adhesive plate. Adhesive plate has a through hole for placing the user's stoma, and the adhesive plate contains a protective layer, a first adhesive composition with possibility of changing state, a second absorbent adhesive composition and a protective film. Adhesive plate has a central portion adjacent to the stoma opening and a peripheral portion adjacent to the edge of the adhesive plate extending away from the opening, and wherein the second absorbent adhesive composition is located at least in the center of the adhesive plate; wherein the protective film is in contact with the first adhesive composition with the possibility of changing state in the peripheral part of the adhesive plate, and wherein protective film is in contact with second absorbent adhesive composition in central part of adhesive plate.
