SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a stoma apparatus comprising a moisture-curable adhesive composition. Composition contains a reactive component which contains a reactive silicone polymer or a mixture of reactive silicone polymers, adhesive-based component which contains a pressure sensitive silicone material or a mixture of pressure-sensitive silicone materials which is a polycondensed polyorganosiloxane resin, which is a product or reaction products of a polyorganosiloxane with end silanol groups and a silicate polyorganosiloxane resin containing at least one siloxy unit of SiO_4/2, or silsesquioxane, having formula [RSiO_3/2]_n, where each R is a H, an alkyl group, an aryl group, a reactive functional group or an alkoxy group, and n ranges from 4 to 18, in the presence of a base to obtain a polycondensed polyorganosiloxane resin, a crosslinker, a catalyst and a hydrocolloid.

EFFECT: technical result consists in additional reduction of risk of osteoporosis leakage.
