SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to devices for stoma with an adhesive plate for attachment to a user's skin surface (S) and collecting bag (8) for collection of stoma discharge. Collecting bag is connected to the adhesive plate, and the adhesive plate has through hole (6) for placing the user's stoma (7). Adhesive plate comprises protective layer (3), a first adhesive composition (2) with possibility of changing state, a second absorbent adhesive composition (1) and a protective film, wherein second adhesive layer has central part with first thickness and edge part with second thickness. At that, first thickness exceeds second thickness.
