SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chair seat appliance, suitable for connection between seat and chair support, can be used in furniture industry and correctional medicine and is aimed at providing reliable fixation of chair seat in inclined forward or initial position. Device for changing seat chair inclination angle, suitable for its connection between seat and chair support, comprises first and second longitudinal elements, jointly forming cavity, connected to each other by means of two three-arm double-hinged elements, having holes for connection of device with seat and chair support. Three-arm double-hinged elements are made different-size and connect longitudinal elements between themselves at their edges, upper longitudinal element serves for attachment to chair seat and has on one edge from its lower side support, and lower longitudinal element has on opposite edge from its upper side support and serves for attachment to chair support.

EFFECT: upper longitudinal element has the possibility of vertical and horizontal movement relative to lower by means of connecting said lengthwise elements three-arm double-hinged elements.
