Additionally vector values of current and / or voltage are presented in the form of amplitude and angle or real and imaginary part. In normal mode of power facility GOOSE-messages on vectors of current values of current and / or voltage are transmitted with periodicity every 2 seconds. At onset of process violation at power facility, time delay is set before sending GOOSE-messages on vectors of active values of voltage or current equal to 10 ms, periodicity of GOOSE-messages is 10 ms, and repetitive transmissions with an invariable data set within each GOOSE message are performed through increasing time intervals of 1 ms, 2 ms, 4 ms.

EFFECT: reduced load on communication data bus and reduced number of equipment used for construction of communication network.
