SUBSTANCE: invention relates to periodic catheterisation and facilitating retention of urination. Kit of urinary catheter comprises a package containing a protective case and a temporary urinary catheter. Protective case protects catheter. At that, the catheter set forms a structure, made with possibility of removal, made with possibility of implementation of at least first removal procedure and second removal procedure, where the first removal procedure involves simultaneous removal of the catheter and the protective case from the package, wherein the protective case protects the catheter, and the second removal procedure provides removing the catheter from the package and holding the protective case in the package.

EFFECT: invention enables users of the catheter assembly to optimize the catheter removal procedure from the package and/or the catheter manipulation procedure during administration, that is allows to vary method of operation depending on real conditions and motor capabilities of user.
