FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to tissue engineering and regenerative medicine and discloses a method for forming a scaffold support part for biofabrication, involving creation of 3D model and its printing using extrusion bioprinting. Method is characterized by that collagen is used as main material, gelatine is used as support material, support of the scaffold model is formed on the basis of sections in the horizontal plane, for each section a volume is created from the beginning of the section to the base of the model and a common model for two materials is obtained, then, by means of Boolean operation, the main model is subtracted from the general form for two materials and a model of the scaffold support part is obtained, the support is removed during incubation at 37 °C.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain a stable structure during printing, reproduce the given geometry and can be used to create fabric engineering structures, where the base material requires a support point.
