FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of feed carbohydrate suspensions from starch-comprising grain raw materials by an enzymatic method. The method includes hydromechanical treatment of water in a hydropulse mechano-enzymatic reactor, phased introduction of crushed vegetable starch-comprising raw materials and a complex of diluting amylolytic enzymes, gelatinization, phased liquefaction of grain starch, introduction of a complex of amylolytic saccharifying enzymes and saccharification of starch to obtain a finished product.
EFFECT: processing of grain starches and obtaining a product with a high content of simple carbohydrates without additional processing and suitable for long-term storage.
