FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis of zeolites. Described is a method of producing granular crystalline zeolite ZSM-5 free of binder, which includes mixing powdered zeolite ZSM-5 with another raw material component, wetting the obtained mixture, molding granules, drying, hydrothermal crystallisation at high temperature, washing, drying and subsequent annealing of granules, characterized by that another raw component in a mixture for molding granules is a preliminary obtained amorphous aluminosilicate with molar ratio SiO2/Al2O3 = 30 in an amount such that the total weight of the components in the mixture is: powdered zeolite ZSM-5 50–65 %, amorphous aluminosilicate 35–50 %, wetting the obtained mixture is carried out by adding water, calcination of the molded granules is carried out at 550 °C in air atmosphere for 4 hours, hydrothermal crystallisation is carried out from reaction mixtures of the following composition: (3.0–4.0)Na2O⋅(0.5–2.3)R⋅Al2O3⋅(60–80)SiO2⋅(450–900)H2O, where R is an organic template, which is tetrabutylammonium bromide, n-butanol, monoethanolamine, hexamethylenediamine, at 115 ± 5 °C for 48–72 hours, obtained granules after double washing with water and drying are calcined at 550–600 °C for 3–4 hours.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining zeolite, having high degree of crystallinity and developed porous structure.
