FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis of zeolites. Disclosed is a method of producing binder-free crystalline zeolite BEA. Method involves mixing powdered zeolite BEA and previously obtained amorphous aluminosilicate with molar ratio SiO2/Al2O3 = 12 in such an amount that the total weight content of components in the mixture is: powdered zeolite BEA 50-65%, amorphous aluminosilicate 35-50%, the obtained mixture is moistened by adding water, calcination of moulded granules is carried out at 550-600 °C for 2-5 hours, hydrothermal crystallisation is carried out from reaction mixtures of the following composition: (3.5-5.5)Na2O⋅(2-4)R⋅Al2O3⋅(30-60)SiO2⋅(600-1200)H2O, where R is an organic template, at 145±5 °C for 48-72 hours, the obtained granules after double washing with water and drying are calcined at 550-600 °C for 2-5 hours.
EFFECT: simple method of producing zeolite having a high degree of crystallinity and a hierarchical porous structure.
