FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an isotonic crystalloid aqueous solution. Solution contains Na+ ions in range of 50 to 200 mmol/l, K+ ions in range of 1 to 10 mmol/l, ions Cl− in range from 50 to 200 mmol/l of nitrate ions or nitrite ions, or their mixture in range of 0.0001 to 1 mmol/l and chemical elements: Li, Be, B, Al, Si, P, Sc, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Br, Rb, Sr, Y, Zr, Mo, Pd, Ag, Sn, Sb, I, Cs, Ba, Ce, Au, Tl, Pb, Bi, Th and U. Also disclosed is use of said solution for treating haemorrhagic shock.
EFFECT: solution according to present invention has the ability to form nitrogen oxide, recovering microcirculation without disturbed macrocirculation or any other toxic effects and can be used for treating haemorrhagic shock.
