SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a topical spray composition for treating wounds or injuries containing 1 to 10 wt. % tranexamic acid, from 0.1 to 1 wt. % chitosan, from 1 to 5 wt. % polyethylene glycol, from 0.1 to 1 wt. % polysorbate 80, from 0.1 to 0.5 wt. % polyvinylpyrrolidone, glacial acetic acid and water.

EFFECT: technical result of the present invention is the development of a pharmaceutical spray composition for treating wounds or injuries, in particular for use as haemostatic composition for topical application or in case of surgical intervention.
