For prediction of risk of severe acne, whole patient's venous blood is sampled, DNA is recovered and molecular-genetic analysis is performed. Molecular genetic analysis of DNA is carried out by high-performance sequencing, polymorphism of IL10 and IL1RN genes is determined, and if observing polymorphism rs145922845, rs768132338, rs146520891, rs45587633, rs3024494, rs3024492, rs3021094 IL10 gene and polymorphism rs928940, rs2232354 and rs380092 IL1RN gene predict a risk of severe acne.

EFFECT: invention enables detecting reliable and significant genetic markers of severe acne.
