FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of fruit-and-cereal food products, including dietary and baby food products. Drinking food product contains fruit and grain components, dry substances in amount of 10 to 20 %, potassium—from 0.08 to 0.15 %, magnesium—from 0.005 to 0.01 % and total food fiber—from 1.0 to 1.5 %, wherein amount of grain component with particle size of more than 0.5 mm is from 2.0 to 6.0 %. At that viscosity of Brookfield product ranges from 330 to 490 cPs (R2, 20 °C), and Bostwick fluidity is in range of 15 to 20 cm.
EFFECT: invention provides a product which has high viscosity and an enveloping texture, but without formation of a gel or kissel structure, low rate of digestion of the product, improvement of its organoleptic properties and reduction of prime cost.
