FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixing devices and can be used in production of emulsions and suspensions in various industries. Direct-flow mixer of liquids and gases contains the left and right sleeves, a threaded connection with the tightening nut, turbines in the form of vane wheels with their axes fixed in sleeves by means of bearing units at an angle to the mixer axis at the inlet of the flow into the mixer and outlet of the flow from the mixer. Axes of vane wheels are mounted in sleeves at an angle to mixer axis equal to 45 degrees, and are connected to independent rotary motion drives. Inside sleeves in zones of bearing assemblies flow guides are installed in form of double-sloped collars, lines of maximum slope of surfaces and profile of flanges of collars are made along circumference of radius equal to radius of inner surface of sleeves. Blades of the wheels are made perforated, through holes of perforations are arranged on surfaces of blades in staggered order, diameter of through holes of perforations decreases radially from axis of impeller wheels to their rim.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is higher efficiency of processes of mixing and dispersion of suspensions and emulsions.
