SUBSTANCE: reduced-rotary sectional cultivator with set of rotating inner-soil blades in primary main assembly comprises trailing frame consisting of three frame sections. In front frame section there is a link for coupler of cultivator to tractor. Double-acting hydraulic cylinder with high-pressure hoses is installed on frame with tie-rod. Hoes of cultivator are connected to hydraulic system of tractor. During transportation of the cultivator, the tractor driver from the tractor cabin drops two rear wheels in soil cultivator with simultaneous lifting of the whole frame. During operation in field in cultivator by means of hydraulic system tractor driver from tractor cabin lifts two rear wheels with simultaneous lowering of entire frame with its three frame sections with installed working blades on axes in bearing housings and with lowering of common packing wheel at rear of common frame. At the beginning of tillage, a tractor driver, on the tractor stroke, generates, through a common hydraulic system, the soil into the soil at a selected depth of rotating working blades, which are mounted in five pieces on a mounting platform in each frame section. Rotation of each blade is performed by means of installed on the upper end of the axis in each bearing housing of the working gear engaged in engagement with the teeth of the common rotary gear on each mounting platform. At that, the rotary gear is rotated by a drive gear fitted in the middle of a square axis at two driving wheels in each frame section, which rotate from reactive adhesion to soil during movement. At that, cultivator is equipped with additional sets of replaceable working blades of double-sided working action, various structures of contours, for subsurface non-rotary treatment, and also is equipped with sets of blades for mowing of various vegetation. Wherein mowing blades are made of sweeps for replaceable complete working blades of all four types of structures. At that, in the cultivator all its bearing drive bodies with their axial mounting flanges with beveled lower end are equipped with installed in the gap between them and working blades complete micro-two-chirrupsecibal gaskets to provide six-fold horizontal microvibration for each rotation of working blades and to facilitate total force of tractor during soil cultivation.
EFFECT: higher quality of soil treatment, internal soil crushing of its particles and weeds residues, thereby improving the greenhouse environment for soil fertility.
