FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Disclosed is a method of producing antigens from bacterial cell walls, comprising adding to isotonic solution containing 109 Staphylococcus aureus cells, 1U of lysozyme and 100 mcg of low-molecular chitosan with molecular weight of 20 kDa, incubation of mixture for 10 min at 40°The bacterial protoplasts are then separated by centrifugation at 2500 g for 5 minutes, the prepared antigen solution is dialyzed, concentrated and dried lyophilically.
EFFECT: invention provides a wider range of methods for producing antigens from bacterial cell walls, which can be used as components of preparations for preventing and treating chronic inflammatory diseases caused by opportunistic microorganisms.
